Terms of Use

Who we are

Excellence is operated by TaSolution Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”), 4008 Laramie Street, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By using Excellence, you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@tasolutiongroup.com.

What is free, and membership

The first level of every path is free, with no account. Membership will open the other levels. It is not on sale yet: nothing can be bought on Excellence today. Its price and its conditions (renewal, cancellation, refunds) will be published on this page before it opens.

Our content belongs to us

The lessons, exercises, review cards, Shorts, calculators, simulations, texts, illustrations and the structure of our paths (“Content”) are owned by TaSolution Group LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content inside Excellence for your own learning. Nothing else is licensed to you.

What you may not do

• Copy, download or save the Content in bulk, or keep your own copy of it.
• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, AI agents or any automated means to collect or extract the lessons. Search engines and assistants may read the public pages our robots file opens to them; the lessons themselves are not on those pages.
• Republish, sell, share, redistribute or translate the Content, or use it to build a competing product, course, app or dataset.
• Use the Content to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Get around our access controls, daily limits or paywall, or help anyone else do so.

Quoting a short passage with credit and a link, for commentary or review, is fine.

How we protect the Content

We limit how many different lessons one visitor can open each day. If you break these terms, we may block your access, and we will ask hosts, app stores and search engines to remove copies of our Content under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar laws.

The AI tutor

e is an AI system, not a person. It answers about the lesson you are on, and its answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date: check anything important against the lesson and its sources. e is for adults, 18 and over, and it does not chat on the paths written for children. Your first 10 questions are free. We may limit how much e is used, or pause it, to keep its cost under control. Do not use e to try to obtain the lessons in bulk, to harm anyone, or for anything the law forbids.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Excellence uses your work without permission, email contact@tasolutiongroup.com or write to TaSolution Group LLC, 4008 Laramie Street, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA, with the work, where it appears, and your contact details.

Education, not advice

Excellence teaches. Its lessons are written with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. Neither the lessons nor the tutor give financial, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice for your situation. Check official sources or a qualified professional before big decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
