Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Excellence is operated by TaSolution Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 4008 Laramie Street, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Excellence, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: contact@tasolutiongroup.com.

2. The short version

You use Excellence without an account. We do not ask for your name or your email address, we take no payments yet, and we run no advertising or tracking. Your progress stays on your device. If you ask the AI tutor a question, that question and the lesson you are on are sent to the company that runs the AI model, so it can answer.

3. What we collect

• Your learning, on your device only. The lessons you finish, your answers, your notes, your review cards and their schedule are saved in your browser's storage. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser's storage erases them.
• Lesson reads. To enforce a daily limit and stop bulk copying, our server counts which lessons are opened each day by a visitor. A visitor is known only by a one-way hash of the internet address, never the address itself. The count is not written to any database: it lives in the server's memory, counts for one day, and is lost whenever the server restarts.
• The AI tutor, e. When you ask e a question, we receive your question, which lesson and card you are on, and your answer to that card if you gave one. We send these to the tutor's provider (section 5) so it can answer. We do not keep a copy of your conversation: it lives in your browser until you leave the page. For each answer our server records a request number, the lesson, the model used, how long the answer was and what it cost. That record holds no question and nothing about you.
• One cookie. To count your 10 free questions to e, we set a cookie that holds a random number. It says nothing about you and lasts one year. We set it only when you first ask e a question. So that clearing the cookie does not reset the count without end, we also count questions per day against the same one-way hash of the internet address, in the server's memory.
• Technical records. Like every website, the service that hosts Excellence receives the internet address and the browser details of each request, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

There are no accounts and no payments on Excellence yet. Before either opens, this policy will be updated to say what they collect.

4. How we use it

• To show you lessons and, if you ask, to answer your questions through the AI tutor.
• To protect Excellence and its content: preventing abuse, scraping and bulk copying.
• To keep the cost of the AI tutor within limits, by counting questions.

The tutor is an AI system, not a person. Its answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. (United States), which serves the site and receives the technical records described above.
• The AI tutor's provider. We send your questions and the lesson you are on to Anthropic, which runs the Claude models that write the tutor's answers. Anthropic acts as our processor and may not train its models on this content. Anthropic states that it deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, unless it must keep them longer to enforce its usage policy or to comply with the law.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or Excellence.
• A buyer or successor, if Excellence or TaSolution Group LLC is sold or merged, under this policy's protections.

When you turn on the tutor's voice, the answer is read out loud by a voice installed on your device. Its text is not sent to a voice service.

6. How long we keep it

What is saved on your device stays until you clear it. The daily counts live in the server's memory and are lost when it restarts. The tutor's cookie lasts one year. The per-answer records stay in our server logs, which our hosting provider deletes within days. What Anthropic keeps is described in section 5.

7. Cookies and your device

Excellence uses your browser's storage to remember your progress, your sound and voice preferences, and your answer to the age question the tutor asks. It sets the one cookie described in section 3. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites, so nothing changes when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

8. Your choices and rights

You can erase everything saved on your device by clearing your browser's storage for this site, and you can use every lesson without ever asking the tutor a question. You can ask us what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by writing to contact@tasolutiongroup.com. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it. Depending on where you live (California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, for example), you may have further rights, including to object to some uses and to complain to your data protection authority.

If you are in the EU or UK: we handle the information above to provide the service you ask for and to keep Excellence secure and affordable to run (legitimate interests). It is processed in the United States.

9. Children

Excellence is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn that we have. The AI tutor is for adults: it asks you to confirm that you are 18 or over before your first question. That answer is saved in your browser and sent with each question as a yes or a no; we do not store it. Three learning paths are written for children to use with an adult: on those paths there is no AI chat with the child, no microphone and no third-party voice service.

10. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the key that lets our server reach the AI model never leaves the server. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page before the change applies. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms of Use.
